A small step up from the ‘Kids Class’, this youth class is for those young champions who are no longer new to boxing; and have developed some good coordination, fitness, and a understanding of boxing basics. Suitable for adolescence between the ages of 11-16 years old, these sessions will be very skills focussed, and will include contact activities e.g., sparring & partner drills. Sign them up, and watch your kid develop a true understanding of the ‘sweet science’.
